To get API access the very first step you will need to do is

upgrade your account from Start Up or Business to the Enterprise plan.

Once you are on the Enterprise plan, you or your developer will need to go to the API documentation page.

At the top of that page, you will click the button that says "Apply to be a developer"

Fill out the application & submit it.

Once it's submitted a Doba team member will approve or deny the application within 2-3 business days.

If for some reason your application is denied, we will reach out to you & let you know what needs to be fixed in order to approve it.

If you are on any other plan but the Enterprise plan, your application will not be accepted.
