How do I return a damaged item?

If your customer received a damaged or incorrect item, you will need to request a refund to the supplier through your Doba account.

First, you will go to Purchase Orders in your account on the left hand side & select Request Refund

​You will then click on the dropdown menu under Refund Reason & select one of the choices.​

Lastly, you will leave a remark for the supplier explaining more in detail of what your customer received & why you are requesting that it be returned for a refund. Then you will press Submit.
