How Do I Connect My Store to Doba?

If you are getting started with Doba, the first setup step is connecting your store so Doba can support listing, order flow, and ongoing store operations from one place.

Quick answer: To connect your store, go to Stores, choose Connect a New Store, select your platform, complete the authorization flow, and return to Doba to confirm the store is active.

When should you connect your store?

Connect your store before you start listing products or trying to automate order workflows.

1. Open the Stores area

Log in to your Doba backend and go to Stores.

2. Choose Connect a New Store

Click Connect a New Store and select the platform you want to connect.

Examples shown in Doba Help content include platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop.

3. Complete the platform authorization flow

After you choose your platform, Doba will redirect you to that platform's authorization page.

Depending on the storefront, you may need to:

  • enter your store domain
  • log in to your store account
  • install or authorize the Doba app
  • approve the connection request

4. Return to Doba and confirm the store is connected

After authorization, you should return to Doba automatically.

What to check: In Doba's Help content, a successful connection is typically confirmed when the store appears in your store list with an active status such as Activated and Valid, or when Doba lets you save store settings for the connected store.

What if the connection does not finish cleanly?

If the connection does not complete, check the following first:

  • you selected the correct store platform
  • you entered the correct store domain or account details
  • you finished the authorization flow on the platform side
  • you were redirected back to Doba at the end of the process

If the store never appears in your Doba store list, repeat the connection flow from Stores rather than jumping ahead to listing products.
