How Do I List Doba Products to My Store?

If your store is already connected, the next step is getting products from Doba into your storefront in a way that is easy to review, price, and manage.

Quick answer: Doba's Help Center shows two main ways to list products: from the product detail page or from your Inventory List. In both cases, you choose List it to Store, select your store, edit the product details, set pricing, and complete the upload.

The two main ways to list products

Doba's Help content shows that sellers can usually start the listing flow from either of these places:

  • the individual product detail page
  • the Inventory List page

The right choice depends on whether you are listing one product or working through a batch.

Option 1: List a product from the product detail page

Use this when you are reviewing one product and want to send it straight to your connected store.

Steps

  1. Find the product you want to sell.
  2. Open the product detail page.
  3. Click List it to Store.
  4. Choose your platform, store, and site if prompted.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Edit the product information and set your retailer price.
  7. Complete the listing.
Option 2: List products from the Inventory List

Use this when you want to work through multiple products from one place.

Steps

  1. Find the products you want to sell.
  2. Add them to Inventory List.
  3. Open Inventory List.
  4. Click List it to Store.
  5. Choose the platform, store, and site.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Review product details, edit content, and set pricing.
  8. Finish listing the products to your store.

What to check: Doba's Help content notes that batch uploading from the Inventory List should stay under 100 items at one time.

What can you edit before listing?

Doba's Help content shows that you can review and adjust key product details before the listing is sent to your store.

That includes:

  • product information
  • product presentation fields
  • retailer pricing
  • target profit settings in supported flows

This review step matters because the product may look fine in Doba but still need store-specific adjustments before publishing.

Important sync note

One of the most important setup notes in Doba's Help content is that not every listing method behaves the same way after upload.

Important: In platform-specific listing guides, Doba notes that when you use certain manual or file-based listing methods, the inventory and price information on your store may not sync automatically with Doba afterward.

If automatic sync matters for your workflow, double-check which listing method you used before assuming Doba will keep that listing updated.

When should you use Inventory List instead of the product page?

Use Inventory List when:

  • you want to stage multiple products first
  • you want to list products in batches
  • you want a cleaner workflow for review before upload

Use the product detail page when:

  • you only need to list one product
  • you are still evaluating the product before sending it to your store
What to do next

After the product is listed, your next check should be whether the listing looks correct in your storefront and whether the connection or sync behavior matches the method you used.
