If you have forgotten your payment password & need to reset it, use the following steps.

First, you will go into your account and click on Pricing Plan

Next, you will click on Change Payment Method

A box will pop up with the cards you currently have on file, underneath is your payment password.

You will click Forgot Password

Once you've pressed Forgot Password it will load to the Safety Verification page where it will show your email, then have an empty box for a Verification Code.

Click the Click and get verification code option

Doba will then send you an email, you have 60 seconds from when you press Click and get verification code before the code expires, so be sure to have your email up and ready.

Once the email comes in, there will be a number in the email. You will want to copy that number.

Once you have that copied, you will paste it on the Safety Verification page, then press Continue

You will be taken to a page where you can set a new payment password. The password needs 6 numbers long

Once you have entered in your 6 number password, press Continue

Once you are done, you will come to a page where it lets you know your new payment password has been successfully set up. You can press Go Back to get back to the Pricing Plan page on Doba

If for some reason you miss your 60 second window, you can get everything up and ready then select Send again
